BELLTEL LOFTS SET TO TRANSFORM HEART OF
DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN

Luxury Residences in Classic Art Deco Building, Former Verizon HQ

Brooklyn, NY - Sales are underway at BellTel Lofts, the conversion of the former Verizon Building, an Art Deco gem, into a luxury loft condominium. The BellTel Lofts are located on The MetroTech campus, the vibrant commercial center and convenient transportation hub of Downtown Brooklyn.

The classic 1931 building, located at 365 Bridge Street, was headquarters for the New York Telephone Company, and will retain its impressive Art Deco façade. Upon completion, the 27-story BellTel Lofts will feature 250 residences, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom loft homes, ranging in size from 600 to 2,700 square feet. All of the residences will have high ceilings; many will offer breathtaking panoramic views and outdoor space. Thirteen professional spaces will also be offered for sale.

"We believe that the BellTel Lofts are a smart investment for buyers seeking spacious lofts in a booming and convenient location. Today's buyers are sophisticated and are looking to get in on the 'ground-floor' of a newly emerging residential neighborhood. Belltel Lofts offer buyers great value, " said Hal Henenson, Executive Director of the Prudential Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Group, the sales and marketing agent for the project. "We are really excited to be a part of the first major residential conversion in the heart of downtown Brooklyn, one that will strongly advance the revitalization of the area."

BellTel Lofts has been designed for today's lifestyle, with interiors by famed architectural firm, Beyer Blinder Belle, known for their preservation work, including the acclaimed renovation of Grand Central Station. The luxurious homes will feature bamboo flooring, sliding glass walls, open kitchens, spa-like baths and large en suite storage spaces. Every residence will have "state-of-the-art" fiber optics cable with Verizon's new FIOS for phones and high-speed Internet services. The 24-hour attended lobby will retain its Art Deco features infused with modern elements.

BellTel Lofts will offer a host of amenities, including a 6,500 square foot common area, complete with a fully-equipped fitness center, high-tech screening room, a yoga and exercise room, a multi-purpose room and a lounge. A business center will be available for 24-hour usage by the condominium's residents and a 4,500 square-foot roof terrace with extraordinary vistas will be open for relaxation and sunbathing.
